SIPP — Investments

What you can invest in through the Invinitive SIPP

A broad range of standard investments are available through the Invinitive SIPP, subject to asset eligibility, product rules and operational requirements.

We do not provide investment advice. All investing is done on an execution-only basis.

Execution-only investing

The Invinitive SIPP is an execution-only product. That means you decide which investments to hold — or you act through your own financial adviser. Invinitive does not advise on what to invest in.

Our role is to provide the SIPP wrapper, the investment infrastructure, and the administration. Your role — or your adviser's role — is to decide what to hold within it.

Complex investments and professional investor access

Invinitive provides access to a broad range of listed investments. Some investments are straightforward, such as ordinary shares, standard bonds, funds and many mainstream ETFs. Others may be classed as complex because of their structure, underlying exposure, liquidity profile, use of leverage, embedded derivatives or other features that may make the risks harder to understand.

Where an investment is classed as complex, retail clients may be required to complete an appropriateness assessment before they can place a trade. This assessment is designed to check whether the client has the knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of the investment. Passing an appropriateness assessment does not mean that Invinitive is recommending the investment, or that the investment is suitable for the client.

Some investments may be restricted to clients who have been categorised as professional investors. This may include certain overseas ETFs, products without the required retail disclosure documents, or investments that are not intended for retail clients. Professional investor status is not automatic and will only be applied where Invinitive has assessed and confirmed that the relevant regulatory criteria have been met.

Important: Invinitive is an execution-only platform. We do not provide investment advice or personal recommendations. Clients are responsible for their own investment decisions and should ensure they understand the risks before investing.

Investment availability may vary depending on client type, regulatory status, product wrapper, market access, custody availability, tax rules and Invinitive's internal asset governance checks.
